Universities
Saskatchewan does not have a systematic, province-wide process for conducting credit transfer agreements to and from post-secondary education institutions. The flexibility and details of credit transfer policy and procedures vary by institution. However, many credit transfers between Saskatchewan's two universities can be obtained, and agreements between universities and other institutions are increasing. Some program articulation agreements are already in place between the universities and the Saskatchewan Polytechnic as well as Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies, in areas such as business, nursing, integrated resource management, chemical technology, computer science and administration.

Dual Credit
Dual credit courses allow learners to earn high school and post-secondary credits or other program recognition at the same time, in the same course. It enables learners to integrate high school credits with their personal career paths and complete training in a shorter timeframe for a quicker transition to employment.
